Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Period: The rental period will commence on the date of delivery/pickup and will continue for the agreed-upon duration, as specified in the rental invoice.

2. Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure the rental. The balance is due on the date of delivery/pickup. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the rental period will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Plant Care: The renter is responsible for providing proper care and maintenance for the rented plants, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning. Doctor Of Plant will provide care instructions and guidance as needed.

5. Damage or Loss: The renter is liable for any damage or loss to the rented plants or equipment, including but not limited to:

    - Plant damage or death due to neglect or improper care

    - Damage to planters, pots, or other equipment

    - Loss or theft of rented plants or equipment

6. Return Policy: Rented plants and equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted. The renter is responsible for returning the rented items to Doctor Of Plant on the agreed-upon return date.

7. Gardening Services: If gardening services are included in the rental agreement, Doctor Of Plant reserves the right to schedule service appointments at its discretion. The renter must provide access to the rented plants and equipment during scheduled service appointments.

8. The site should provide watering facility for plants. If there is no facility then extra charges to be paid by the customer.

9. Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association].

11. Monthly payment should be done between 5th to 10th of date.  

By renting from Doctor Of Plant, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
